About
Hi, my name is Lizzie and I am currently a Postdoctoral fellow in the Climate and Fluid Physics Group at the Australian National University funded by the National Environmental Science Program. I was previously a Postdoctoral Fellow funded by the Australian Reserach Council Centre of Excellence in Climate Extremes .
I am oceanographer with in interest in understanding how ocean physics impacts biogeochemical cycles in the ocean, including air sea carbon exchange and phytoplankton productivity. I am currently studying the role of mesoscale and submesocale features in the Southern Ocean on biogeochemistry using high resolution global ocean models.
