Complementing the suite of ICP machinery that enables the analysis of cations, an ICS 5000+ is available for the analysis of anions such as Fluoride, Phosphate and Chloride that are difficult to detect via ICP or are not able to be detected at all. The system is equipped with an auto eluent generator, an analytical system as well as a capillary system and an auto sampler.
