Past events
This event featured presentations on potential and ongoing student research projects in Earth Sciences. Projects were targeted for students at all levels from undergraduate to PhD. Presentations were delivered by 11 academics from across the School representing groups in seismology, petrology, climate and fluid physics, geodesy, paleomagnetism and geodynamics. The projects presented involved a range of methodologies spanning fieldwork, laboratory experiments, big data analysis and sophisticated computer modeling. We welcome both current ANU students and future students to ANU to get in touch.
The RSES Environmental Geodesy Group is hosting the Australian Geodesy Workshop at RSES 24th-25th June. There will be 20+ talks over two days with 3 from RSES. Open to all!

RSES Education Forum Semester 1 2024 will be held in J1 Seminar Room. There will be a focus on changes to governance and curriculum in the undergraduate program providing an opportunity for discussion as well as guest speakers discussing Indigenous perspectives, the use of AI in education and more.
