AuScope Access Grants
Announcing a new funding initiative between the ANU SPEC-E lab and AuScope to support innovative research projects. Funding provides access the necessary access and technical expertise to undertake FTIR spectroscopy and can include spectral analysis and data processing (maximum of 5 hours).
Applications are invited from researchers who are affiliated with Australian universities, research organizations, government agencies and industry. To apply for access, please complete a project application form and e-mail it to penny.king@anu.edu.au.
Applications will be assessed by a panel on a quarterly basis and will consider applications based on merit according to the following three criteria: 1. Need. 2. Diversity (including, but not limited to career stage, discipline related to Earth Sciences). 3. Quality of the scientific proposal (e.g., testing new ideas, preliminary investigations etc.). Applications are assessed quarterly and should be received prior to 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December to be assessed in the following round.
